Simon Harvey

Simon is an experienced Family Lawyer and an Accredited Specialist in Family Law recognised by the Law Institute of Victoria.

His goal is to help clients resolve their issues and achieve positive outcomes with minimal stress. Simon guides clients through their personal and legal challenges with compassion and empathy, drawing on his extensive expertise and legal knowledge.

He was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1978 and to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2021. Additionally, Simon is admitted to the High Court of Australia. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants, providing advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court and instructing counsel in higher courts, particularly in Family Law cases.
