Harry Mitchell
Harry graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, and a Master of Laws in Global Society and Human Rights.
Harry works predominantly in Family Law, with a specialty focus in human rights and refugee law. He also practices in Commercial Law. Harry regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and is experienced in all stages of Family Law, from pre-litigation, to appeals.
Harry’s notable matters include Stubbs & Stubbs (No. 3) [2025] FedCFamC1F 534 and CSU16 v Minister for Immigration and Border Protection [2022] FCA 1509.
Outside of work Harry enjoys gardening.
