James Gloster
James is an Associate in Bentleys’ litigation team, practising predominantly in criminal advocacy. He appears regularly before the Magistrates Court and County Court on criminal matters of all kinds, and also advises on intervention orders, child protection orders, and guardianship applications. Rounding out his practice, James assists clients with wills and estates matters, including complex probate applications and family provision claims.
James holds Arts and Law degrees from the University of Melbourne. Before joining Bentleys, he built experience across a broad range of legal fields, giving him a versatile, practical approach to the matters he now handles.
Outside the office, James is an avid reader and a former rugby player, bringing the same discipline and team-minded focus from the field to his work for clients.
